This guy in a Las Vegas area DUI checkpoint refuse to answer questions that could be incriminating.
He’s doing this the right way, although I think it would be better to be a bit friendly and ask questions back like “Gosh, it’s a nice night isn’t it?”
Still, he’s polite and refuses to answer any questions.
