At little power just goes to some peoples heads. Much like alcohol I guess. This Chicago Alderman figures she actually owns the police force. She’ll need ego deflation therapy along with a good DUI lawyer.

Alderman arrested, charged with DUI

Ald. Sharon Denise Dixon (24th) was arrested and charged with drunken driving and obstructing a police officer when she reportedly refused to obey street closures at the scene of a fatal fire early Wednesday in the North Side’s Rogers Park neighborhood. |
Dixon told an uniformed officer to move a police car so she could drive her vehicle through a street closed because of the fire, the source said.

Dixon reportedly began to yell at the officer, then moved her vehicle. She then got out of the vehicle and reportedly circled the police squad car on foot and demanded the officer’s star number, according to the source.
